  • Create an account or Log-in if you have created one in past years.

  • Then click the star to add a session to your SYMC schedule.

  • To VIEW, PRINT, or SHARE click "My Schedule" under your name and profile image.

  • CHANGE VIEW TYPE by clicking on "Schedule" and selecting from the dropdown options Tips to finding the right sessions for you and your team.

  • FIND A SPEAKER by using the search option.

  • FILTER BY SESSION TYPE by clicking the dots in the right rail

Session 1: An Anthropology of Digital Natives: The Digital Generation thinks and acts differently because their digital toys have literally formed who they are. It's imperative that we understand the influence of over-connectivity in the lives of adolescents—how it's shaping their values, practices, and habits in ways that have profound relevance for those who minister to them. As adolescents continue to integrate new digital media into their lives, thesetools will undoubtedly shape their understanding and engagement of faith issues in their lives. We’ll focus on the impact of new digital media on adolescents’ spiritual development, and how your youth ministry can respond strategically.
