Tasha Levert

New Orleans, LA

Tasha Levert, (pronounced “love-air”), grew up all over the US, but she claims Texas and Louisiana as her home states. She went to Mississippi College to play basketball, volleyball, and softball for the Lady Choctaws, while working on her Bible degree. Tasha attended New Orleans Theological Seminary and earned an MA in Marriage and Family Counseling in 1999, a ThM (Master of Theology) in 2002, and a PhD in Marriage and Family Counseling in 2005.

Tasha served as a licensed marriage and family therapist for ten years. She is also on the Advisory Council of the Ecclesia Network, a relational network of churches, leaders and movements that seek to equip, partner, and multiply missional churches and movements.

Tasha is married to the hottest youth pastor on the planet, Tim Levert. Tim and Tasha enjoy leading worship together, eating, traveling, dancing, dreaming, and playing with their kids. They have three beautiful daughters, Elle, Zoe, and Ashton, and a dog named Gumbo.
